Latosha Greenleaf has a lifelong passion for serving and supporting others, particularly focusing on youth, senior citizens, and individuals with disabilities. In 2022, she merged her love for the arts with her dedication to community service by becoming the Executive Director of Urban Cultural Arts & Event Center. She is committed to creating impactful programs that empower people of all ages and backgrounds. Latosha is an experienced accounting professional with 17 years in the field and holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. She is known for her passion, open-mindedness, and numerous accolades for her selfless community service.

Chris Potter is an esteemed father, friend, and businessman, known for his dynamic personality as an extroverted introvert. Balancing his professional life with his passion for music, Chris is also a talented hip hop beat maker. He is deeply committed to giving back to his community and has a strong call to father the fatherless, providing guidance and support to those in need. His unique blend of skills, dedication, and compassion makes him a valued member of any team, admired for his creativity and commitment to excellence

Marvin Jones is the husband of Tammie Jones and the father of two daughters (Nyla and Kierra). He has served in various ministerial capacities in churches in Waco, Texas and Louisville, KY. He is a current member of the Life Church of Green Bay, and he loves the Lord. He is currently the Plant Director for Emmi Roth Cheese located in Seymour, WI. He has been in the food and beverage industry for over 30 years. He is committed to helping people become better today than they were yesterday which aligns with the mission and vision of YES! 

 Richard Chandler is a former Army Officer of 8.5 years where he served in Iraq as a Company Commander in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.  Richard has been employed with Schneider National for the past 19 years, and currently leads Operations for their Intermodal Service Offering.  He and his wife, Rhonda have been married for the past 25 years, and have 3 children (ages 23, 21, and 16).   Richard aligns to the mission of YES and resonates with the spirit behind which it is founded.

Noah brings with him over 30 years of professional experience as a theatre artist, educator, and community storyteller. His dedication to the craft of performance and the transformative power of narrative aligns deeply with the heart of our organization. Having taught Theatre at both UW–Green Bayand St. Norbert College, Noah is well-versed in academic instruction and equally passionate about reaching youth where they are through authentic and empathetic engagement.

In 2024, Noah co-wrote the play "In Plain Sight" alongside four local poets—a powerful lyrical journey that explores the human stories behind homelessness. This project, and many others in his portfolio, reflect Noah’s deep commitment to community-based work and the elevation of often unheard voices.

Throughout his career, Noah has contributed to over 60 productions across the Chicago storefront theatre scene as an actor, director, and producer, and has worked regionally with Peninsula Players, Third Avenue Playworks, Theatre Z, and The Weidner. A proud member of the Stage Actors Union (Actors’ Equity), he holds a B.A. in Theatre from Butler University and an MFA in Acting from The Theatre School at DePaul University.

Noah’s leadership will be pivotal in helping us shape and expand our educational programming, curriculum design, and youth engagement strategies. His presence is not only a professional asset, but a heartfelt addition to our team’s vision and culture.
